Our meetings are the second Tuesday evening of each month:

5:30-8:00 with one presentations

5:30-9:00 with two presentations

We will also need the speaker's bio, an abstract and the duration of the talk.  That will go in the posters and emails that we send out.

Let us know if we may video record the presentation for later viewing by chapter members who were unable to make it to the meeting.

In terms of audio and visual equipment, please let us know what you will need and we will try our best to have it all ready.

Let us know if your company or presenter's company  would like to staff a demo/recruiting table, outside of the presentation room, at the meeting.  We will arrange it to your needs.
